We had Kari come out to help us figure out why we were finding shingles in our yard after a storm. We ended up needed a whole new roof, and some of the decking below it needed to be replaced as well. Kari had a fair estimate, her team was on time, and they completed the very large job on time. I appreciated that she let us know it was possible that it would take more than one day, but they completed it in the same day despite the "surprises" they encountered. Kari was a great source of knowledge when we had her do a full roof replacement on our new home. I remember when the old roof was removed and we learned there were many bad decking boards, she calmed my nerves and helped us get brand new boards at a great price. Kari came and looked at our siding and roof after a bad wind storm and confirmed no roof damage and fixed our siding without having to use insurance!
